While it would seem that the universe was finally at peace, everyone knows that it can never be. When everyone thought that the great villains had finally been destroyed, it was not the case. No, they ended back down in Hell but this time, they have found a way to come and go as the so pleased. While it seems to be impossible, they have proved it not to be.........
While Earth remains in one piece, it's strength and it's guardians are about to be tested once more. This could very well be the last and finally test between good and evil. After training Ubb, Goku and the others seem to be relaxed for the moment. However, a strange even occurs that has them all confused. Other Saiyans? Impossible! What they thought had been long destroyed by frieza was a mistaken assumption. Some had survived!
