Jers is having computer problems now too. Well, more accurately she's having modem problems and can't get on-line for more than a few seconds before being cut off. So, she's going to be MIA for a bit until she can get it fixed.

Sounds like the modem is dead, suggest she goes dish out a few dollars on a new one, even if it is only a 56k.
