Ooh, it's a tough one. Edward Elric failing at a transmutation and trading his leg to God to get his brother's soul back. It's the explosion of blood where his leg was taken, upside-down. Turn your head around and try to see it, eh?
The full picture is quite amazing... it's part of why I love Fullmetal Alchemist so much. ^^
(Oh yeah, forgot to say, those are his hands clutching the leg. Kinda hard to picture if you don't know that, right?)

Oh! I see it know! Awesomeness! I wonder what it'd be like to have to trade your leg to God..very painful I assume..unless it's numb or something...then it just wouldn't be painful..you know because you wouldn't feel it because it's..you know..numb and all....yeah...
