I made an amazing discovery today!!!! You know the WWF (world wildlife fund)? They're just a world-wide established covert fangirl slaying organization!!!! 
Instead of going after fangirls themselves, they train pandas to use their racoon snouts to sniff 'em out. Then they're given bamboo to chew on to look cute. This draws out the fangirls, who in turn get eaten alive by the pandas!!! The WWF's real name is actually "We Whack Fangirls"!!!!! How cool is that?!
Unfortunately for them, one panda couldn't be trained properly: instead of eating the bamboo and drawing out the fangirls, this panda sniffs 'em and BEATS them to death with it!!! TOO COOL!!
Since it risked giving away their secret, the WWF let me adopt him as my partner as a sign of goodwill towards me and Jersey's Fangirl Hunters. Please update my "weapon guide" or whatever it's called to include my new partner:
