Catwoman trailor: "It is said that sometimes a cat brings back the souls of the dead so that they may avenge themselves and set things right." Person gets killed, becomes influenced by cat powers because a cat brings her soul back, and then goes on a revenge-induced killing spree.
The Crow's premise: "It is said that sometimes a crow brings back the souls of the dead so that they may avenge themselves and set things right." Person gets killed, becomes invincible because a crow brings his soul back, and then goes on a revenge-induced killing spree.
I smell plagiarism.

Yes... But The Lion King is alot like Kimba the White Lion and Disney didn't get sued. They should've. o.O Simba is Kimba with an S!

....*confused* Um... Kimba's dad was killed by hunter peoples and his mom drowned on a ship. But there's this other evil lion that has a scar on his eye and his name is Boo Boo or something like that.

The premise is that when ppl die a violent, unjust death, sometimes a cat will bring the soul back to the person, and give them superpowers to kill those that killed her (ie: get revenge). The crow's is the same, only instead of a cat, it's a crow. Now, since in the comics Catwoman doesn't have superpowers but is like Batman and just dresses up, and because the Crow came out waaaaaaay before this movie, I'm assuming it was Catwoman who ripped the crow and not the other way around. But Halle Berry IS in leather... |
