Umm I've started writing some poems lately and I thought I'd post some... I've only got two now but I'll but some more up later...

Be warned many of my poems have no title...

Here ya go then... this one doesn't have a title but I've thought of something like.... Afterlife

Watching from the inside,
My pleading is in vain.
I can’t hear their voices,
But I can feel their pain.

Screaming without my voice,
I’m crying without tears.
Paralysed forever,
A slave to childish fears.

Victim of the shadows,
An unsuspecting mind.
Praying for assistance,
If only God was kind.

Light beyond the darkness,
Has it something to give?
I now know death’s meaning,
Is to let others live.

And here's another... it too has no title...

I look for the real world, but tears cloud my eyes,
A blur of confusion, I hope I’ve heard lies.
My mind isn’t thinking, I only feel pain,
The hurting, the burning defeats what is sane.

Will I ever find faith; can I find my own way?
Escape this growing darkness find my golden day.
This tormenting gloom confines me, from the hope I need,
I keep praying for a guiding hand, a light, I beg and plead.

A dark and gloomy day... becomes a restless night,
Tossing, turning, sleeping... becomes a desperate fight.
Awake I sit, I feel alone, alert I watch the shadows,
An echo of my former self, I dream of long lost fellows.


So yeah what do you think? And any suggestions at titles?

Ah, yes, Ben's new fixation with poetry. Something else he picked up from me...just like his obssession with Kingdom Hearts...
