One parody I remember is with the Digimon movie, they had a short of a cartoon called "Angela Anaconda" where the title character and her friends were going to see the movie. There was a dream sequence where she digivolved into Angelamon and did battle with her rival.

I remember that! I was so surprised at the theatres to all of a sudden se Angela Annaconda come on the screen.
Again, that one where Stinkoman meets the old Homestar is my favourite! Its so hilarious!

Sorry for the necro-post, but I recently saw an episode of "Hi Hi Puffy Amiyumi" that needed to be described here. The girls were playing a card game called "Stu-Pi-Doh" where monsters were fighting. Reminds you of anything?
