Since I find the DB Pairing thread on Daizex very amusing, I would love to see what people's opinions are on pairings in other anime.

I immediately think of Naruto and one of my most hated fan pairings as of late. Shikamaru and Ino. No, just no. There's nothing ever shown between them to indicate romantic possibilities at all. And ironically, my most loved pairing in that show is Shikamaru and Temari. There's actually the most evidence out of all the main cast for a possible relationship between these two. They've already shown to have a good chemistry and you can tell that Shikamaru has a respect for Temari intellect and spunk. So it's even more reason why people who support the idea of Shikamaru with Ino boggle me.  Another couple I've always loved, well really one of my top favourites is Arashi and Sorata from X. I think their relationship is one of the most romantic in any anime. I've never been one to like mushy romance, but prefer couples that display loyalty, respect, and deep caring for one another. |

I also think of Naruto for this and the ones that come to mind are:
Naruto/Sasuke: Seriously, what? This must be another case of that "They don't hate each other, they're in love and don't know how to admit it!" mentality....
Sasuke/Orochimaru: EW. Just... ew. No.
Naruto/Sakura: I like Sakura but I don't like this pairing. Naruto/Hinata FTW!
