Taken from Gargoyles News Central: crossroads.dragonmists.org/fantasy/central/gnc.htmlGargoyles DVD Release Date Set At the opening ceremonies of The Gathering, Greg Weisman announced that the Gargoyles first season two-disc DVD set will be released on December 7, 2004 for a retail price of $29.99. The episodes will be unedited. The audio commentary is for the Awakening multi-parter only, and includes comments by Greg Weisman, Frank Paur and Keith David. The DVD will also include the original show pitch by Greg Weisman and a documentary of the Gathering convention. Toon Disney and ABC Family are labeled as the distributors, which means they should also be promoting the DVD on their respective stations. Greg Weisman will announce further efforts to organize fans to spread the word and perhaps select a day for everyone to buy the discs from Amazon. An Amazon page for its sale is already up (thanks to Julio Rodriguez for finding the link).

Personally I can't wait for season two. Season one was only the first 13 eps (and I already have the first 9 ). Season two was 56 eps. Season three was those bloody "Goliath Chronicles". But season two was 56 eps! 56!!! ;D

I'm glad they'll be unedited. Will "Awakening" still be five parts? I know on the original video release they cut things out like they usually did with the Disney tv show that had movies made from 5 parters.

I don't know. Should be. It's being relased as episodes, not the movie.
